In the Know!^® is a service of Cognetics Corporation.  In conjunction with In the Know! you may send us your email address. You may also complete polls, questionnaires or surveys. We will use this data to provide you with services or products you request. We may use it to improve our web site or products. We do not share any information we collect with other organizations except:

• In conjunction with suspected illegal activities, fraud, or to protect the safety of any person.
• When investigating or responding to violations of our terms of use.
• In response to a legitimate request from a law enforcement agency or a mandate by a court subpoena.

If Cognetics Corporation or In the Know! merges with or is acquired by another company and your account is transferred, we will notify you.

When you register for a trial of In the Know! we ask for your name, email address and related information. If you subscribe to In the Know! we will request a billing address and credit card information. We may also ask you to define a user name and password for authenticating access to your account.
